1. Minutes of the meeting held on 12th July 2001 were accepted.
2. Matters Arising
The trustees noted that the Chhapel work was completed.
The Trustees are awaiting the outcome of the Priory School Arts College bid.
The school will investigate the cost of resiting the organ.
Quotes are being obtained for replacing the guttering on the Chapel and the school intends to undertake the work.
3. Accounts: Ivor Wycherley presented the accounts which were accepted by the Trustees.
4. AOB: The Trutees noted, with sadness, the death of Mrs Temple-Richards [Mr Bradshaw's daughter].
