Nigel Rigby (SY: 64-9) has offered this :-
I had the non-speaking role of the Japanese soldier. In the photo I'm in the centre
with my hands up (obviously); standing to the left of the photo is John Lamedy (who
I think did later join the Army, having received an army scholarship for his last couple
of years at the school). I'm not sure about the others but I think the soldier on the extreme
right was either Martin Relf or Martin Crees . Mitchem was, of course played by Philip
Courage - and a very good job he made of it.
Perhaps others might care to add more names ?
Martyn Relf has managed to find another photo of this production and has supplied this caption for it :-
From L to R: Martyn Relf, Martin Crees, Roland Boorman, Mick Woollard, John Lamidey, with Phil Courage facing giving us the full vent of his Sargeantly wrath!
